Notes for the 341 Meetings. Katie reviews files in preparation
for confirmation of Plans, and post-confirmation Modifications
filed with the Court. She deals with attorneys and creditors
concerning objections and other unresolved issues prior to
the Confirmations and Modifications. |
Mary |

Mary monitors, reviews and manages claims and assists with
claim objections. She monitors Bankruptcy court hearings that
involve claim administration. |
Toby |
|
Toby monitors plan payment delinquencies. She assists with
the preparation of Stipulations to resolve delinquencies and
with the resolution of Motions to Dismiss. She also assists
with closing cases that are dismissed or converted prior to
completion of a Chapter 13 plan. She prepares and reviews
documentation associated with requests to approve postconfirmation
financing. |
