First Meeting of Creditors (341 Meetings)
In all Chapter 13 cases, the first meeting of creditors (341
meeting) has been set on a stacked hearing calendar. Since all
cases cannot be called at the same time the Trustee will call
the cases in the order indicated on the calendar report that is
identified below. The calendar report indicates the approximate
time that each case will be called. To avoid extended waiting
periods, parties in interest are encouraged to schedule their
appearances based on this report.
